Day of Event Package: We coordinate the final details and are there on the day of to help execute your event.
The Day of Event Package is ideal for the celebration that has already been planned, but still requires execution. SOPHISTO coordinates the festivities and allows you to relax and enjoy your special day.
Services Include:
- 1-3 consultations
- Master plan of day and checklists
- Vendor confirmation
- Coordination of rehearsal
- Coordination of vendors, bridal party, family, ceremony, reception and other event details
- Setup and teardown of decorations, linens and specialty items
Finalization Planning and Day of Event Package: We take over the planning, finalize arrangements and provide organization and support on the day of your event.
The Finalization Planning Package is a wonderful package for the event you started planning but would like someone else to finish. SOPHISTO will confirm all details with your vendors as well as be there on your special day to provide organization and support.
Services Include:
- 4-6 consultations
- Master plan of day and checklists
- Vendor support, finalization and confirmation
- Decoration/theme ideas
- Confirm attendants/special guest responsibilities
- Coordination of rehearsal
- Coordination of vendors, bridal party, family, ceremony, reception and other event details
- Setup and teardown of decorations, linens and specialty items
- Additional services to be determined by consultation
For the bride and groom who are arranging their own wedding but want support and recommendations throughout the planning process.
Services Include:
- Unlimited consultations
- Master plan of day and checklists
- Budget review and guidance
- Research and recommendation of vendors
- Decoration, favour, invitations, program and theme ideas
- Invitation, program and menu wording and design
- Vendor support, finalization and confirmation
- Confirm attendants/special guests responsibilities
- Coordination of rehearsals
- Coordination of vendors, bridal party, family, ceremony, reception and other event details
- Setup and teardown of decorations, linens and specialty items
- Additional services to be determined by consultation
If you already live by a hectic schedule and would prefer that someone else plan your event and worry about the details then the Concept to Completion package is perfect for you.
Services Include:
- Unlimited consultations
- Master plan, checklists and timelines
- Budget creation and management
- Research and recommend vendors
- Attend vendor consultations
- Vendor contract review, confirmation and finalization
- Decoration/theme idea, procurement and finalization
- Invitation, program and menu wording and design
- Guest list management
- Assign & confirm attendant/special guest responsibilities
- Coordination of rehearsal
- Coordination of vendors, bridal party, family, ceremony, reception and other event details
- Setup and teardown of decorations, linens and specialty items
- Additional services to be discussed by consultation
You can pick from a list of extra services or any of the services currently offered within the packages so that we can cater specifically to your needs.
Extra’s:
- Creation of Event Floor plans for set-up
- The use of our SOPHISTO Emergency kit for the day
- Creation of Maps and or Directions for your guests
- Creation of Directional Signage so guests can find your venue
- Pick up and Drop off of event items
Hourly consultaions include:
